Shipping & Returns
In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from Lyla Renai, you may return the item(s) directly to us. You have 10 days from the receipt of goods to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is still tagged, unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original packaging. If item is returned after 10-days we will issue a credit toward future purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Garments purchased from our Exclusives Collection or any special or customized order, cannot be returned for refund. We will provide a credit toward future purchase if you are not fully satisfied with your garment. These items must be returned within 10-days of receipt.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL PURCHASE, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/CREDITS.
A copy of your Order Confirmation or Packing List must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange for a different size and/or color.
We recommend that you use a reliable method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS PRIORITY MAIL for the return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the garments to confirm that the conditions of our return policy were met. Upon verification, we will issue a credit within 5 business days to the credit card account used for the purchase, or exchange of the merchandise. All returns are subject to approval. Refunds to the credit card will be from Lyla Renai Designs, Inc.
